माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेड नेपालको पश्चिमी क्षेत्रबाट पहिलो क्षेत्रीय व्यावसायिक बैंकको रूपमा १९९८ मा दर्ता भएको थियो। यस ' क ' वर्गको व्यावसायिक बैंकको प्रमुख कार्यालय, सन् 2000 देखि माछापुछ्रे हिमाल अवस्थित सहर पोखरामै संचालन हुँदै आएको छ |
हाल, यस बैंकको ५६ ओटा शाखा नेपालभर संचालन भैरहेको छ | लाजिम्पाट, जोमसोम, बाग्लुंग, दमौली  लगायत, नया बजार पोखरा(प्रमुख कार्यालय) जस्ता प्रमुख सहरहरुमा यस बैंकको आफ्नै भवन अवस्थित छन् |
हालै प्रकाशित सूचना अनुसार, मच्चापुच्रे बैंकले ९० जना को लागि रोजगारीको अवसर प्रदान गर्ने भएको छ | त्यस अन्तर्गत निम्न पदहरुमा रोजगारको अवसर रहेका छन्:

1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MT) - For Inside/Outside Kathmandu valley branches

No. of Vacancies: 31
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should have Master’s Degree in Management/Business Studies/Business Administration or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks/CGPA 3.25 or a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized Institution/ University.
• Candidates should be computer literate and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Age: Not exceeding 28 years as on 12th Shrawan, 2073.

Only such candidates having the transcript in hand, certifying the completion of Masters degree shall be considered eligible to apply.

2. TRAINEE JUNIOR ASSISTANTS (JA)- For Outside Kathmandu valley branches
No. of Vacancies: 55
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Studies/Business Administration with at least 45% marks/CGPA 2.5 from a recognized University.
• Candidates should be computer literate and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Age: Not exceeding 25 years as on 12th Shrawan, 2073.
• Only such candidates having the transcript in hand, certifying the completion of Bachelor degree shall be considered eligible to apply.

3. RECEPTIONIST CUM TELE-PHONE OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 2
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should have completed Higher Secondary education in Management stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized Institution.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of prior work experience as receptionist/teleoperator in the services sector.
• Candidates should be computer literate and must be fluent in spoken English and Nepali.
• Age: Not exceeding 25 years as on 12th Shrawan, 2073.
• Must be a Nepali Citizen

4. OFFICER / JUNIOR OFFICER (for IT Department)

No. of Vacancies: 2

Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should have minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Management (BIM)/ Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT)/ Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA)/BCIS/ BSc. IT or any IT related degree/ equivalent degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks/CGPA 3.0
• Minimum 3 years of total work experience in core banking software in IT department of ‘A’ class Commercial Bank(s).
• Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on 12th Shrawan, 2073.
• Must be a Nepali Citizen

Preferences will be given to:
Candidates having knowledge of T24 Banking Software and programming skills.
Candidates having Master’s degree.
